I use the site Common Sense Curriculum. You have to sign up for an account but it is free. They have lesson plans for Internet Safety, research skills, etc. The students enjoy the lessons and I can modify lessons if I need to.

ThinkB4U has launched a new series of web safety videos and tutorials from Google and its partners.  As you scroll down the homepage, you will see that ThinkB4U is divided into several sections designed for students, parents, and educators.  The site offers suitable material for elementary, middle, and high school students.

"Each section addresses nine different topics related to safe and responsible use of the Internet and cell phones. The sections include short videos about the topics, a short written lesson, and some interactive games on the topics of responsible use of the Internet and of cell phones."

Because the world is so focused on technology, teachers and parents really need to teach children and young adults how to be responsible digital consumers.
