I am interested in evolving technologies, similar to items that might be featured at the WV State Tech Conference. 

I think library media specialists need advance training in the implementation of the Common Core Standards, especially as it relates to the practice of assigning frequent, smaller research projects and the emphasis on nonfiction.  We should be realigning our collections and purchase practices now.
