2012 eNetColorado Online Professional Development Courses Launch on February 1 and March 14
COST: $50 registration fee – Participants will be awarded a certificate for 30 CDE hours upon successful completion of their course or may register for 2 graduate credits from Adams State College for an additional $110.

COURSES:
eNetColorado Thinkfinity Courses start on February 1 (Winter Session)
Time Requirement: 3 weeks/ approximately 30 clock hours.
Thinkfinity Online for Colorado Teachers, a 3-week online course, introduces educators to Thinkfinity online educational resources and how to integrate them effectively into instructional activities to support student learning. This course is a great introduction to our online professional development.
Colorado Thinkfinity Master Trainers , a 3-week online course intended for any Colorado Educator who is interested in training others in their district/school to locate and integrate Thinkfinity resources. Pre-requisites: Thinkfinity Online for Colorado Teachers.
eNetColorado Intel Teach Elements Courses begin March 14th (Spring Session)
Time Requirement: 6 weeks/ approximately 30 clock hours – These “blended-learning” courses will include up to 6 hours online web conferencing components and an online facilitated course that will include interactive tutorials, exercises, individual work, and facilitated discussions.
Project-Based Approaches -Using specific classroom scenarios, teachers explore characteristics and benefits of Project-Based Learning (PBL). Throughout the course, teachers consider their own teaching practices as they follow a teacher new to project-based learning who discusses strategies with a mentor teacher.
Thinking Critically with Data - Thinking Critically with Data is an interactive e-learning course that examines critical thinking with a focus on data analysis in our information-rich world. In this course, teachers explore practical skills and strategies to draw on when teaching students to think critically about the information around them.
