problems adding worksheets from RWT to Favorites

I have tried to add the Beowulf handouts as favorites to my stuff and keep getting an error

Internet Explorer cannot download.

Unspecified Error.

Modern English Beowulf Handout and all other related handouts.

The Law of Cosines also is a worksheet and will not add to the favorites.

These are all pdfs. What is wrong?

Using groups for sharing favorite resources

I started a group for my high school math department with the idea that they could keep their favorite resources in the group for collaborating on lessons but I don't think a group is the place for this type of activity.

(Yes, I am very new to Thinkfinity Community)

What I want to do is this:Have a place for the Math Department to collaboratively share their best resources, especially Thinkfinity resources.

The group just seems to be a place for general discussions, etc.

Putting Documents into Categories

Hi, I've created categories so that they act as folders for my various documents. (I'm working within a Thinkfinity group that I created for my students ane me.) One category is for a course project titled, "Classroom Implementation." When I go to my group home, I see a "folder" called "Classroom Implementation." I know that this is not a "real" folder but rather a category that I created so that documents can be grouped together using this category label. I now want a document that I uploaded to appear under this category. I've uploaded the document and added various tags such as "Classroom_Implementation," "Classroom Implementation," "classroom_implementation," etc., but when I do this, it never shows up in my category/folder titled, "Classroom Implementation." How do I get documents listed under a certain category? I thought I did this by adding tags, but it doesn't appear to be working.

If you're having problems logging into TIMS (previously known as myThinkfinity) you may choose to request assistance on this thread. PLEASE do not post your password on this thread it is not private. NOTE: There are two ways that you login to TIMS. The first is via the TIMS tab in Professional Development (in the Community). The second via the TIMS button at the bottom of the Professional Development page (on www.Thinkfinity.org).

Your TIMS (formerly myThinkfinity) login will not work in the gold Verizon Thinkfinity Community login spaces at the top of the page. The direct link to TIMS (to add to your favorites) is http://community.thinkfinity.org/community/professionaldevelopment?view=iframe&frame=http://tims.thinkfinity.org.

One final tip: Verizon Thinkfinity Community Login = gold with red buttons. TIMS = green headers and buttons.

Problem with search filter

Not all of the Thinkfinity Community members show up when I am using the "Browse User" function and click on "Select User" at the "Add a Member" section at the bottom of the screen in the Jive Admin Console.

In the trainer toolbox, if I click on the Thinkfinity newsletter I can't find a link to get back into the Thinkfinity Community.

If I am using tabbing in my browser, I have a way to navigate back to the community. However, if I just click on the newsletter link, I am out of the community. Is there a way to put a link in each newsletter to the Thinkfinity Community site?

I have gone through the entire training to get 3 hours cert...it was due today...when I try to answer the questionaire it comes back with I can't join because I am under 18...my BD is 11/04/1954...please respond quickly
